Student Council Mission
Created by the Student Council, 2013-2014
"The mission of Kennedy Middle School’s Student Council is to inspire our students to help in the community and enhance student experience by promoting a positive school culture. We, the student council, encourage students to get out of their comfort zone and get involved in school activities that create a fun atmosphere for all students. We represent the student body when making decisions and help raise money for field trips, student activities, and charities."
KMS Cougar
The KMS cougar comes out to greet students on Fun Friday days. The cougar often gives rewards to students wearing KMS colors on Fridays!
Fun Friday
Every Other Friday
Fun Friday's are designed to build a stronger community at Kennedy, as well as to enhance school spirit. Make sure to wear KMS colors every Friday!
Student of the Month
Student Council members help serve ice cream for the Student's of the Month.
Meetings
Held Every Thrusday in Room 211
Student council meetings are designed to be fun, but professional. During meetings, students work on team building and students collaborate on student council duties.
